Orders & Digital Downloads

How do I access my digital download after purchase? Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account and visiting your order history.

Can I print my digital files at home? Yes! All digital files are high-resolution PDFs formatted for standard US Letter size (8.5" x 11") and print beautifully on a home printer.

What file formats are included in digital downloads? All digital patterns are delivered as high-resolution PDFs. They are compatible with any device or PDF reader and can be printed at home or at a local print shop.

Can I share my digital files with others? All files are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared. Each purchase is licensed to one user.

Are digital products refundable? Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I use digital patterns for commercial purposes? Our patterns are licensed for personal use only. If you'd like to sell finished items made from our patterns, please contact us to discuss a commercial license.

What if my download link isn't working? No worries! Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll get it sorted quickly.

Crochet & Patterns

Are your patterns beginner-friendly? Yes! Many of our patterns are designed with beginners in mind. Each pattern listing clearly notes the skill level required so you can choose the right project for your experience.

What skill level do I need for your patterns? We offer patterns for a range of skill levels — from complete beginners to intermediate crocheters. Skill level is noted on each product page.

What size hook and yarn do I need? Each pattern includes a full materials list with recommended hook size, yarn weight, and yardage. We recommend reading through the full pattern before starting your project.

Do you offer support if I get stuck on a pattern? Absolutely! If you have a question about one of our patterns, reach out through our Contact page and we'll do our best to help you work through it.

Shipping & Physical Products

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does production take before my order ships? Because our physical products are custom printed on demand, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number once it's on its way.

How long does shipping take? Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

What carriers do you use for shipping? Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location and the size of your order.

Can I return or exchange a physical product? Because all of our physical products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? We don't currently offer wholesale pricing, but feel free to reach out through our Contact page if you have a specific request and we'll see what we can do.
